Visiting Ecuador.

I tried to stay in the larger city but it felt overwhelming. Everything feels so busy in most cities to me. Late at night I caught a car up the coast. Found a rustic little spot which is a tree and plant haven.

The owner of the hotel and I have been discussing gorilla reforestation. A Guardian strategy. What if he germinated 100s of trees? What if he and some volunteers planted them every where? The streets here are sandy, unpaved and one lane. They have just the amount of perfect space to add trees everywhere here in this community.

A man who cried when a neighbor cut 5 trees to sell a lot loves the idea. Next step help him connect with some awesome volunteers who need time at the beach.
