Why being a vegetarian is yummy.


The to-do list started with:

  • Harvest Lemons and Starfruit

  • Pick Parsley, Cilantro, Dandelion, Mint and Basil

  • Harvest Cucumbers and Tomatoes

  • Harvest Yuca


So much of this menu came from here or the neighbors.

We even grow turmeric and make our own sodas using a ginger bug.


Brunch Menu:

  • Mint Lemonade

  • Chicha Morada Natural House Soda

  • Lemon Water with Star Fruit

  • Shashuka

  • Turmeric Rice

  • Traditional Hummus

  • Grilled Eggplant with Kalamata Olives, Roasted Red Bell Pepper, and Basil Sauce

  • Tahini Sauce

  • Yogurt Garlic Sauce

  • Israeli Salad: Cucumber, Tomato, Onion, Mint and Parsley with Lime Yogurt Zatar Dressing

  • Mixed Olives with Preserved Lemon

  • Pickled Onions with Sumac

  • Pan De Yuca

  • Toasted Home Made Sourdough

  • Yuca and Coconut Cake
